Below you will find a PDF file of Board Policy #801;Operations, Public Records, this document outlines our policy regarding "public records."  Also note that the NCCTC Administration is in the process of updating its policy manual and a more specific policy reflecting “Right to Know” process if forthcoming. In the meantime, the school is complying with the rules established by the Pa Open Records Regulations. The Standard Right-to-Know form, also below in PDF format, should be used by members of the public to request records from the NCCTC.

    1. Student MUST be at least 16 years old
    2. Student MUST have completed 70% of task list
    3. Student MUST have a minimum 90% GPA & a passing grade in all subjects at home school
    4. Student MUST be in 12th grade & able to graduate at conclusion of school year
    5. Student MUST have a letter of recommendation from their instructor for co-op prior to applying
    6. No more than 3 unexcused absences prior to application
